These Terms & Conditions govern your use of 444rr and form a legally binding agreement between you and the platform. By registering or using 444rr, you agree to these terms in full.

2Eligibility

- You are not a director, employee, consultant, agent, or affiliate of 444rr or any entity within its corporate group, nor are you the spouse or dependent of any such person.
444rr reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending verification. Any winnings or bonuses accrued during a period in which eligibility requirements were not met are void and will be forfeited.
3Account Registration
To access the services available on 444rr, you must register a personal account. Registration requires a valid mobile phone number and the creation of a secure password. Each individual may hold only one registered account. The existence of duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different phone numbers for the same individual — is prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances.
Account Accuracy
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and keep your account information updated at all times. 444rr reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any stage and to request supporting documentation including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account closure.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 444rr immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. 444rr will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to notify us promptly.
4Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits
444rr accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players. All deposit transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 444rr reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits on a per-transaction or per-period basis.
- Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — deposits are credited instantly upon successful transfer confirmation.
- Card payments: Visa and Mastercard — processing times may vary depending on your card issuer.
- 444rr does not accept deposits from credit cards issued outside Bangladesh or from accounts registered in a name other than your own registered account name.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification of account identity. 444rr reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks prior to processing any withdrawal, including requesting proof of identity, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses have been satisfied.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals to verified bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Processing times for card withdrawals may take up to 3–5 business days depending on the card issuer.
- 444rr will not process withdrawals to accounts or wallets not registered in your name, to third-party accounts, or to anonymous payment instruments.
5Bonuses and Promotions
444rr offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players including welcome bonuses for new accounts, reload bonuses for existing players, and seasonal promotions tied to specific events including BPL cricket fixtures, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms that apply to individual promotions:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds must be rolled over the specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested.
- Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion. New bonuses cannot be activated while an existing bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement is in progress.
- 444rr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus funds already credited to a player account and currently in active play are not affected by such withdrawal.
- Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or shared. Any attempt to transfer, abuse, or exploit bonus structures will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
444rr reserves the right to amend the terms of any promotion at any time. Where a material change is made to a promotion that is currently in progress, affected players will be notified in a timely manner. Continuation of participation in the promotion following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
6Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed on 444rr are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant market or game. These rules are published within the relevant product section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms & Conditions and the specific rules of a product area, the specific rules of that product area shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on 444rr. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface before a bet is placed. 444rr reserves the right to alter stake limits at any time. Any bet placed that exceeds the advertised maximum stake for a market will be accepted only up to the published maximum; any excess above this limit will be refunded to your account balance.
Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or system failure that affects the integrity of a bet or game, 444rr reserves the right to void the affected bets or game rounds. Where a technical error results in an incorrect price, odds, or payout being displayed, 444rr will correct the error and settle the affected bets at the correct price. 444rr is not liable for losses caused by technical failures outside its reasonable control, including mobile network outages, device failures, or third-party payment system disruptions.
7Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 444rr platform. Engagement in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and may result in legal action:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or the operation of your account.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming on 444rr.
- Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of bets, casino games, or any other gaming activity on the platform.
